John Edward Wisecarver, age 83, of Bullhead City, Arizona passed away September 27th, 2023 surrounded by close family and friends. He was a 1957 graduate of Liberty Union High School. He joined the U.S. Army and became a Medic. He moved to San Francisco at the age of 21 where he met and married the love of his life, LaVerne. John worked and retired as a Bay Area Market Manager for Crocker/Wells Fargo Bank. He loved reading, traveling on cruise ships and Nascar. He was an avid San Francisco 49er and Giants fan.
He is survived by his son, John P. Wisecarver (Gina), daughter Karen Wirth (Mark), along with his grandchildren, John R.R. "Bobby" Wisecarver, Gabrielle Barr (James), Kelsey Brown (Casey), and Savannah LaGesse (Logan), and ten great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers Mike Wisecarver (Jenny), Jim Wisecarver (Joyce), and Peter Wisecarver, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his wife LaVerne Wisecarver, brother Tom Wisecarver, and parents Harriette and Robert F. Wisecarver.
