SueAnn Bryan

SueAnn Bryan, age 76, of Gardnerville, NV, passed away at her home on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. She was born in Waco, Texas on August 20, 1947 to John Albert Bryan Jr. and Doris Tyler Bryan. She lived in Texas for thirty-six years before first moving to Colorado and then on to Lake Tahoe where she worked in restaurant management & in real estate before finding her true calling as a licensed massage therapist. She practiced until the day of her death. SueAnn dearly loved the Tahoe-Carson Valley area and leaves behind scores of friends and clients from Texas to Nevada who will miss her greatly and will remember her for her positive energy, honesty and compassion for others putting their needs and interests above her own. Care-giving was a passion with her and she was special to so many people.

She is survived by her brother, John Bryan of Greensboro, NC and two dear aunts, Carolyn Bryan of Rockwall, Texas and Mary Sue Bryan Munchrath of Lafayette, Louisiana.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her beloved son, Christopher Wimpee, who was raised in Incline Village…and too many cats to recall.

SueAnn will be interred in Rockwall, Texas beside her son, Chris. A Remembrance Ceremony

will be planned here in Gardnerville later in the spring or summer.
