God Bless the Lamb family may they be comforted in their loss

To David's Family: My deepest sympathy. David has always been so important in my life. I have thought of him so many times over the years. I always thought I would have a chance to talk to him and catch up - share how life treated us. I know how much he loved music and it sounds like he was doing what he loved his whole life. Rest in Peace David. Heaven has gained a gifted angel.

Love You Buddy! You said you always felt we would work together in music again,somehow, someway, but not sure how. The fact that you felt that way and were a great friend at a time when things were not so well for me, will always be remembered... thank you my friend :) And don't play that music too loud in Heaven, if they call the cops up there, you know WHO shows up! :)

My sweet friend Dave..I am in shock..I found myself thinking if you often and all the great times we had. I truly love you and I will miss you so very much. You were such an amazing person..

Dave, your Memorial was wonderful, thanks for everything. You created lifelong friendships.

Oh Dave, funny, serious, sweet, laid back, smart and quick, great long hair. I'm sure in 20yrs you only improved.  I had so hoped to see you again. I'm sad for all of us you had to leave behind, condolences xo

Sorry to hear about the loss of your loved one.  He was a nice guy if he was outside when we came home he would always wave or say hello! He was a nice guy and he will be missed!

Hey Dave, I will always remember the countless after work gatherings. So many fun times. I'm glad I have many saved voice mails from you so I can hear the sound of your voice when I want to.

Dave you were a good friend. We played hockey together as kids. One period the play between whistles became long. To alleviate our tired team Dave, a defencemen, took it upon himself to stop play and 'smothered' the puck. The referee was bewildered, but the team got their rest. As a kid, Dave was funny and good. God bless you David Lamb.

i have known dave for 30 years and we were great friends. we played in several bands together and dave will be missed by many,many people. he was a very warm person who had a great sense of humor.

Dave and I were close friends in high school and for years afterward. Some of my fondest memories from that time include Dave. My sincere condolences to his family.

You were the best Dave. Thanks for the times we had together, I wish and thought we'd have many more... Heaven is a better place with you in it. I hope I make the cut for the band when I get there because I know they've already got you running sound. RIP Brother!

Dave and I were neighbors and best friends from Jr. high school and beyond. I remember when we met. I was building a snow fort in my back yard and he walked up, introduced himself, and started pitching in. 

We'd fallen out of touch over the years, but I think of him often and the lessons we learned. In particular, one day we were running very late for work, to get to my family's business, a video store. I was in a panic while driving. At a stoplight he looked at me and said, "You know, were gonna get there when we get there. There's really nothing you can do to get us there any quicker. Why not just relax a bit." And I did. And that was my first lesson of being present in the Now.

There were many other good things he brought into my life and one of the best was when he and his family gave their dog Buddy to my family. At the time, my mom was recovering from cancer. When Buddy joined our family, he was like medicine for my mom.

We send our love to the family for this tough time you are having to go through.  I have more memories of David as my cousin when he was younger.  Always such a cute, fun and spirited little kid.  Lots of fun memories playing together at his house on holidays and up at the cabin.  His kind and loving nature grew with him in to adulthood.  Last time I saw him was when visiting with Kathy, Betsy and Betsy's daughter.  I could tell how much she adored him and how sweet David was to her.  I am out of town or I would be there to be with all of the family to share in the good memories and fun stories of times with David.  I am laughing now thinking of him jumping on the trampoline up at the Lake.  Kisses and hugs to all of you.

Dave you left in the night .....every night when I come home I see you walking up my drive way .........the truck runs great .....you took good care of her ........but my heart is truly broke .....

So sorry to hear of the passing of Dave. We always had a fondness and mutual respect for each other. For Dave it was Me and My Hot-Rods - and - For Myself it was Dave's fondness for 'making music' and his many musical talents. These are the memories I will carry with me the rest of my Life of Dave. Glad i got to meet you Dave,wish i could have heard what you were saying at Deans that night with Crash Truck,but then i guess you were just doing what you do best,makin sure people are listening to "the music" and not trying to talk during it! lol

Dave, I didn't know you well but I was always glad to see you because you were a breath of fresh air in the 80's-friendly, genuine and cool without even trying.  These posts show the effect you had on everyone you touched.  So sad to hear that you have left us...

I'll always remember that you made me smile and laugh whenever you were around. I'll think about how you wanted to go with when I'm on the opposite side of the earth next month.

Dave, thanks for being on the planet dude. You had a way of always turning any potentially tense situation into a sitcom. You will be missed, but because of you, there are so many around us that are better people now, and they have a story or two to tell about being connected to your life.
