This past summer i met Devin diwn by the river in NE Mpls in a park behind Tony Jaros on Marshall and Lowry Ave. We got a good chance to talk and shared with eachother from the heart.  Devin was hurting inside but seemed hopeful and we laughed in the sunshine that wonderful day.  I got along with him so well and he never took offense when I brought up difficult things.  He was on his way through a journey he hadn't expected but i had the feeling that he was gonna make it through.  Due to circumstances beyond any of us could have forseen he was taken from us before we could see him emerge into the beautiful man we knew he would be.  My deepest condolences to Anne and Todd , his brother and his beautiful  daughter and her little cousin and all his family and friends.  May God compfort you during this time of great sorrow and healing.  All my love, Jane R.
