She was preceded in death by, parents, Salvatore and Ruth Favilla; 4 brothers and 3 sisters; sons in law, Thomas Pruitt and Reggie Hinton and her best friend, Betty Smith.
Helen is survived by her husband of 79 years, Martin; children, Judith (Pavek) Pruitt, Terrance (Karla) Pavek and Deborah Hinton; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial at St. Odilia's Church, Shoreview will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026 at 10:00 am with visitation beginning at 9:00 am. Burial will be held at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 1:00 pm.
