I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your lovely mother. I remember always being excited to go and visit Aunt Paula. You are in my thoughts during this hard time.

Paula, I am so grateful for the gifts of your friendship, your deep faith with which you inspired all whom you touched and your loving support and guidance through the years.  I shall miss your sweet voice over the telephone during our long-distance visits.  I expect a little chirp on my shoulder from time to time and I'll forever feel close to you.

My heart and spirit will be with all your family and many friends today at Sunset Memorial Chapel to celebrate you, you and Shel together and the wonderful exemplary presence you were and will remain in our hearts.

May God hold all of you in His loving Hands.  Paula and I were such good friends for so many years.  I thank God for letting us become friends.  I will treasure each and every memory of our times together.  She was a wonderful friend and made everything right.  No matter how bad my day was going, I would call her almost every day, get my "Paula Fix" and all would be right again.  She was truly one of a kind.  I'm so glad she's no longer suffering.  I take comfort knowing she is with your Dad.  They are probably up in Heaven singing their hearts out like we used to on Friday or Saturday nights.
