Died peacefully on October 5, 2015. He is preceded in death by his parents, Nunzio Barone and Ethel Williams. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; children, Matt and Claire; sister, Maizie; and many in-laws, out-laws, nieces and nephews.
Stan was born in New Orleans, LA on March 7, 1940. He is greatly missed by his family for his wisdom, and unfailing sense of humor and sense of proportion. During twelve years of periodic treatment for chronic lymphocytic leukemia/lymphoma he was courageous, living each day to the fullest.
A Memorial Service will take place WEDNESDAY, October 14, 11:00 AM, with visitation 1 hour prior, at Sunset Funeral Home, 2250 St. Anthony Blvd NE, Minneapolis.
