February, 10, 1922 – November 14, 2010
Inger, born in Lilla Edet, Sweden, to John and Teresia Anderson,
came to Canada with her parents, when she was just 5 years
old. Inger and her family settled in Mission in 1926, on a small
acreage in Silverhill, where she has lived for all but 30 years of
her life. Inger became a nurse in 1946 and married, Don Weaver
in 1949, they raised two daughters, Teresa and Lois. Inger lived
a long and happy life, the world will miss her kind, gentle and
generous soul. She made the lives of everyone she knew or met
better for having known her, including her many cats and dogs.
Inger was predeceased by loving husband Don and is survived
by daughters, Teresa (Roy) and Lois (Ed), grandchildren Patrick,
Brendan, Sarah (Chris), Meghan, Caitlin and great granddaughter
Clara. A special thank you to the Staff, Volunteers and Residents of
Pleasant View Care Home for making Inger’s final years happy ones.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday January 22nd 2011 at the Silverhill
Community Hall, 31016 Silver Hill Road
