He is preceded in death by his parents Arturo and Cleotilde Canales; his siblings Estela Cavazos, Reyes Canales and Cruz Canales.
He is survived by his loving wife Martha Canales; his children Tony Canales, Michelle Niño, Arnold Canales, Jeanette Canales and Eric Canales; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and by his siblings Elma Lucio and Arturo Canales.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Funeraria Del Angel, Chapel of Remembrance in Mission from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary and service at 6:00 pm.
