Cesar is survived by his wife of 49 years, San Juana Martinez; children, Osiel (Edna) Martinez, Veronica (Marco) Martinez, Cesar (Noemi) Isaias Martinez, Beatriz (Jose) Anel Sanchez; grandchildren, Adshiris, Naomi, Edekiel, Julio, Noe, Ursula, Oscar; sister, Maria Luisa Rosas; and numerous extended family and friends.
The visitation will take place on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 10:00am – 10:00pm at Funeraria Del Angel Chapel of Serenity with a prayer service at 7pm.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, May 31 at 10:00am at Iglesia Bautista Betania, 851 Breyfogle Rd Mission, TX 78572. Interment to follow at Valley Memorial Gardens.
