Dinora was preceded in death by her father and by her devoted husband of many years, Mario Madrigal Sr..
Dinora leaves behind a large and loving family who will forever cherish her memory. She is survived by her siblings: Irma Jarrero (Alfonso), Mirtha Ortiz (Hernan), Guadalupe Elias Gonzalez (Irma †), Maria Elena Gonzalez, Dagoberto Gonzalez (Lori), Jaime Javier Gonzalez (Barbara), Aldolfo Gonzalez (Yvette), Catarina Hall (Clarence), Manuel Gonzalez (Sylvia), and Ricardo Gonzalez (Jennifer).
Dinora was a woman of deep character and conviction. She owned and operated an antique store, a reflection of her love for antiques, history, and the stories that live within treasured objects. She had a passion for travel and embraced learning about the world and its people wherever she went.
Known for her generosity with both her time and her money, Dinora was a fierce child advocate and volunteered tirelessly to protect and uplift those who could not always speak for themselves. She was hardworking and resilient, often holding two jobs at once, and was a natural problem solver who could be counted on in any situation.
Dinora had a dry, hilarious sense of humor, strong political views, and an unshakable sense of justice. Headstrong and steady, she was often described as “a rock.” Though quiet by nature, she loved deeply and fiercely, standing up for those she cared about with unwavering loyalty.
Dinora G. Madrigal’s legacy is one of strength, compassion, integrity, and love. She will be profoundly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
