Cesar Guadalupe Rivera, 71 passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2016 in McAllen. He was born on September 27, 1944 to Guadalupe and Margarita Rivera. He was a devoted loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his children, Guadalupe Rivera (Gracie), Martha Rivera, Roy Rivera, Rigo Rivera and Maricela Cepeda (Omar). Mr. Rivera also leaves behind 7 grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Esmer, Luis, Victoria, Rhyanna and Omar Jr., whom he loved and cherished very much. Family will receive friends on Monday, February 29, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m rosary at Funeraria Del Angel Chapel in Mission. Funeral services will be Tuesday March 1, 2016 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph the Worker in McAllen and burial will follow to Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission.
