It has been 2 months && 3 hours && 34 mins since you have gone to be with the Lord... Papi this will be the last time I will talk to you on this platform. The last memory I will share here. Every other thing I will selfishly keep to myself. I just wanted to let you know the love that your people have showed me during this time. So many coming to me telling me about the love you had for me. Some I never met. They told me way you changed for me, things that you did that u have never done for any other. The way they would make fun of you for showing weakness with me. It's overwhelming.. Even though you are gone I still feel the immense love you had for me. I will never regret walking beside u through the hardest part of your life. I didn't have you when all was going well but that never mattered to me. Only being next to u every single day did.. nothing money could buy would have been better. I stood next to u to the very end, for better or worse && as hard as it was to see you go.. The way you looked at me the last hour you were with us was worth it. How your eyes lit up when you heard my voice. How you called for me and grandma before the doctor did what was necessary to try to save you. My only regret is not getting there sooner so you could hear how I prayed for you. Through it all I never left your side && now that your gone, I know that your still by mine. I held your hand for 2 and a half years, now I can hold on to the love u had for me && my kids in my heart for the rest of my life.

You have blessed my life in so many ways. I am greatful for the 2 1/2 years we spent together. The things you taught me and the love you gave. I watched you help others without second thought. Stop in the pouring rain or freezing cold to help some in need. Protect your kids and myself in situations we didn't even know we got ourselves into. How hard you worked every single day to make sure everyone you love had what they needed. The imprint you left on everyone you crossed paths with. Your jokes and the way you would look at me. All your stories and every struggle you told me about. The way you loved my kids and the way you loved me. All the long car rides, everything you taught me.. I will be forever greatful. I can keep going but I don't think I would ever be done. I can't believe you are gone..
