He is preceded in death by his parents Marcos Rodriguez Jr. and Angelica Rodriguez; and by his siblings Rafael Rodriguez, Reymundo Rodriguez, Reynaldo Rodriguez, Aurora Garza, Adelina Garza, Angellina Arriola and Maria Alicia Rodriguez.
Marcos is survived by his daughters Yvette Gutierrez, Anna(Joel) Maria Menchaca and April Rosalee Rodriguez; his grandchildren Stephanie Gutierrez, Tiffany Lujan, Ruben Gutierrez Jr., Miranda Gutierrez, Aaron Gomez, Isaac Gomez and Brianna Marie Garza; 9 great-grandchildren; his fur grandbaby Olivia Marie; and by the mother of his children Melva Rodriguez.
A visitation will be held on February 28, 2026, starting at 9:00 am at Funeraria Del Angel, located at 3611 North Taylor Road, Mission, Texas, 78573. A memorial service will follow at the same venue on February 28, 2026, beginning at 12:00 pm. The burial of ashes is scheduled for February 28, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Valley Memorial Gardens, 3605 North Taylor Road, Mission, Texas, 78572.
