MCALLEN- Otto Lee Wise Jr, 97, left to be with the Lord on May 15, 2020 at his residence in McAllen. He was born to Otto Lee Wise and Rebeca de la Garza Landois on June 1, 1922 in Mexico City, Mexico. Left to cherish his memory are his loving children: David Alberto Wise, Roxana Gabriela Wise, Ricardo Adolfo Wise, Marcela Wise, Otto Hernan Wise & Alvaro Miguel Wise. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Funeraria del Angel of Mission.
