He is preceded in death by his wife Maria Alicia and by his parents Hilario and Rafaela Cavazos.
He is survived by his children Blanca, Roberto, Maria Del Rosario, Rosalba, Maria de Jesus, Teresa, Jose Luis, Humberto, Ramiro, Olga Lidia and Jose Angel. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 6, 2015 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens.
