He is survived by his wife Elvira Garcia; his children Roel Garcia Jr.(Lupy D. Gonzalez), Rosendo Garcia(Diana E.), Roberto Garcia(Melly), Elvia Garcia(Erbey M. Sanchez Jr.) and Erika Padron(Armando); 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 23, 2020 at Funeraria Del Angel at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
