Roelia was born on February 26, 1956 to parents Sixto Rivera and Isabel Lopez.

Roelia is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Jose Santos Villarreal; children, Guadalupe Perez III, Erika Espinosa, Rogelio Morin and Rachel Morin; grandchildren; Ashley Espinosa, Derek Espinoza, Guadalupe Perez IIII and Julian Perez; siblings, Vicente Rivera, Isidra Rivera, Patricia Rivera and Florentino Rivera.

Roelia always kept a clean and beautiful home. She was a wonderful spouse and mother who loved carrying for her grandchildren and playing an active role in their lives.

Roelia will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Roelia siempre mantuvo una casa limpia y hermosa. Era una esposa y madre maravillosa a la que le encantaba cuidar a sus nietos y desempeñar un papel activo en sus vidas.

Familiares y amigos extrañará mucho a Roelia.
