Victor Homar Berrones

He was preceded in death by his parents Victor Berrones Jr. and Emma Estella Lopez Berrones; his sister Veronica "Bonnie" Berrones; his brothers Victor Berrones III and Victor Adrian Berrones; and by his nephew Alonzo Benito Barrera.

He is survived by his sons Victor Jesus Berrones and Victor Jose Berrones; his siblings Belinda(Juan) Villarreal, Leticia(Allen) Gathings, Debbie(John) Berrones-Deines, Judith Berrones and Veronica Berrones.

His grandchildren Caleb Berrones, Christian Berrones and Collin Berrones. He is also survived by his honorary extended family Zulema(Johnny) Guzman, Ramon Estrada and Marisol Alaniz.

Victor Berrones was a man of music, laughter, and kindness whose vibrant spirit touched everyone he met. For 25 years, he dedicated his work to Lamda Electronics, and later spent 15 years bringing joy to others at Krispy Kreme. But beyond his work, it was Victor’s heart that made him unforgettable. He had a beautiful voice and loved to sing songs of all kinds, often lifting the spirits of those around him with his melodies. His quirky sense of humor and generous nature made him a light in any room, always eager to give, to help, and to make others smile.

Victor found peace and reflection at St. Jude’s, where he would often go to embrace the serene atmosphere and meditate. It was a special place for him—where his kind soul could connect, reflect, and recharge. He lived life with purpose, spreading joy and kindness wherever he went, and his legacy will continue to inspire all who knew and loved him.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with prayer service held at 7:00 pm.
