I met Ashley while helping Paul and Trisha find their new home. My favorite memory was during our final walk-through, when Ashley went out to the pool and laid back on the lounger with her sunglasses on, put her hands behind her head and started enjoying the sunshine. She looked completely at home and at peace and I found it extremely inspirational. It was truly a perfect moment.

Ashley had given our family and everyone she touched so much joy , cheers , love ,and beautiful memories. But she also suffered so much.  God loves our beautiful little angel and wants her back to her Heavenly home.  She will continue to shower us with love and cheer - and we will always cherish her. Ashley came to our house in Las Vegas with her Dad for her 21st Birthday. This was the first time Lance met Ash and it was the first time I had seen her since she was very very young . But on year 2012 I gave her a haircut in Philippines and she truly love it.  

Back in Vegas we also had so much fun with her that weekend sharing stories,baking, singing,and laughing. We saw in Ashley a brave, courageous loving and interesting talented young woman. she gave us some of her coasters and hand painted shopping bag Fri her “ Colors by Ashley” collection. We always enjoyed FaceTime calls with her and always had her Trish and Paul Jr. in our prayers. Ashley touched all who met her and she will be sorely missed.  Ashley truly got her wings and Heaven got an Angel!

Ashley was a very special person. She was always kind and helpful to her classmates. She had the most amazing sense of humor and always could say something that would bring joy and happiness to everyone.

You will forever be remembered, Ashley. Thank you for the brief time full of fond memories. I am so lucky and thankful to have known you.

Ashley was truly one of a kind—so full of love, light, and contagious energy. She had the rare gift of making everyone around her feel seen, loved, and joyful. Her smile could brighten any room, and her presence was a constant reminder of how vibrant and fun life could be.

Some of my most cherished memories will always be the times we shared at drag brunch, dancing and singing without a care in the world. Those moments were pure magic—because she was magic.

Ashley was one of the first Zamdance students.
The moment she walked into my class, she put a huge smile on my face. She would stand next to the stage and go all out with the dance moves! During our “Show Your Move on Stage” moments, she would proudly step up and shake it off.  Ashley was so much fun to watch—her energy was contagious.

I am forever grateful to have met her in this lifetime.

Thank you to her mom for bringing Ash to Zamdance. She brought so much joy to all of us. She was truly a ZAMDANCE warrior.

The Nguyens will miss Ashley's beautiful smile and radiant personality.  She was small in stature but wonderfully big at heart! May she already be in eternal heaven with Our Lord and all the angels. Please be assured of our love and prayers for all of you! 

Ashley was one of my very first students. At a young age of 4, she taught me the most valuable lesson I’d keep with me all throughout my career- to come to class ready to learn! 
One of my most treasured memories of her very accurately demonstrates her boldness and confidence. 
We were learning positional language then, and I set up an Over, Under, and Around obstacle course for the class. Before giving directions, I discreetly instructed Yaya Rica to assist Ash if she finds any step too difficult. 
I tried to be very clear with instructions, and even before I was done, Ashley jumped into action! With speed and determination that stunned me for a few seconds, she climbed over chairs, crawled under tables- you get the picture! When I came to, I so excitedly called for the others to do the same. 

I was very lucky to have crossed paths with her in toddlerhood, as a child, and as a teenager. All encounters filled me with awe at how her spirit never diminished- she  entered every stage with both grace and fierce power! 

Though I write this with tears, my heart bursts with pride for how she lived her life to the fullest! 

You were such a beautiful soul, Ashley. You will always be in our hearts. I long to be able to hug you again.

The couple of amazing things Ashley is blessed with...care. Ash cared deeply for others. She was able to emphasise with every situation that came up and reach for the heart of the matter and examine it with such simplicity. She wasn't bogged down by complexity. She was free of it and dealt with things and situations at their root. Not caring about the non-essentials - a lesson she taught me.
Humour is another blessing that comes to mind. Her laugh will always be in my heart. Full, with abandon and excitement. Hearty and rotund. 
And she could be naughty. The right amount, most of the time. The rest of the time, the Ashley amount. 
And far from lastly, Ash was blessed with a loving friends and family. Foremost are her parents, Aboy and Tricia. Who loved her and Ash them, with all the might in the world and beyond.
One last note, or I'll never stop talking about Ashley, she was blessed with the choice, and her choice was to live her life to the fullest. She was about to try sketching, how I would have loved seeing people through her eyes. It'll have to wait...

Ashley had the best sense of humor. She always brought a smile to my face and put me in a great mood. We had tutoring sessions that really felt more like two friends just hanging out and laughing together. It was always one of the highlights of my week. No matter what kind of day I was having, being around Ashley would always cheer me up. A lot of the silly inside jokes we had together still make me laugh and smile when I think about them! Such a genuinely funny person and an absolutely sweet and loving soul. So fun to talk to, be around, and be silly with.  Her beauty, resilience, strength, style, and love and joy for life will always inspire me. I love you Ashley, and your family. 

It's hard to believe that this was our last photo together. I am incredibly thankful for all the moments we shared. 
You were an extraordinary person, full of strength, determination, and kindness, which made a difference to everyone you met.
 As you find peace now, know that your spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who loved you. You will always be remembered and cherished.

Thank you for teaching us how to live life to the fullest, to be kind, to be strong, and to love immensely.  You were an amazing role model to your cousins and us.

From the very first instance I met Ashley, I thought to myself, "Here's someone with a disability who transcends her shortcomings with her unencumbered mental acuity". Conversing with Ashley, you forget about any limitations she may have had because she displayed none. You treated her just like any other mature adult. Now, she's flying with the angels in her new abode. I hope to be able to share moments with her again on the other side. Her family's loss, though sad, is heaven's gain.

To know you was to love you, effortlessly and deeply. I’ll never forget the time we did our makeup together and getting you glammed up to go see a Micheal Jackson show and that In - N - Out drive - thru? That’s a story that you had to be there to understand! The world feels a little dimmer without you, but I promise I will always be here for your sister and family. I know you’re up there rocking the heavens probably with glitter on your eyes and contagious smile. Keep shinning angel. Love you

Our hearts are heavy with sorrow as we say goodbye to Ashley. From the very first day we met her, our lives were forever changed and deeply blessed. It became so clear that part of her purpose here on Earth was to bring us all together; to weave a beautiful friendship and bond between our families that will never be broken.

She radiated joy, love, and light in the most effortless way. A true earth angel, she carried herself with grace, strength, and an unwavering spirit that inspired us all. Her resilience in the face of life’s challenges reminded us daily to keep going, to live fully, and to love deeply. That was the gift of her presence; always uplifting, always creative, always full of life.

She was beautiful beyond words - in soul, in heart, in every way. Her time with us, though far too short, left an everlasting imprint. What a glorious and precious memory she leaves behind. We will treasure it forever.
