DALE, Douglas "Skip", 69 of Oceanside, San Diego passed away January 15, 2017. Born to parents Douglas & Agnes in Orange, California, April 19, 1947. Much loved husband of Diane & father of Scott. Skip will be missed by all who knew & loved him. No services have been scheduled presently.
