Jeffrey Richard Davis

December 1, 1958 – January 18, 2024

In loving memory of Jeffrey Richard Davis (Jeff) age 65, of Ladera Ranch, California who went to be with the Lord on January 18, 2024.

Born in Robinson, Illinois to Norma (nee Kephart) and Richard Davis in 1958, Jeff attended Lincoln High School in Vincennes, Indiana. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Cum Laude) from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 1980, Jeff worked for Rockwell Collins for forty years as Principal Product Manager for In Flight Entertainment systems and recently moved to RightHand Technologies where he served as Director of Product Management. He continued his formal education with an MBA from The University of Iowa.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Richard. Jeff is lovingly survived by his wife, Kathy; his sons, Steven (Tamires) and Michael, and step-daughters, Amanda and Grace; and mother, Norma; and brothers Joel (Darla) and Jon (Anne).

Jeff not only excelled in his professional pursuits but also enjoyed many and varied hobbies and interests from amateur radio and photography to an online business of refurbishing Tektronix oscilloscopes. Jeff never let any intellectual curiosity go unexplored.

Jeff leaves behind a profound legacy that extends beyond his professional achievements. His life was a testament to the transformative power of love and faith, and his memory will continue to inspire those who were touched by his love and wisdom.
