Juana Araujo De Ramirez, age 61, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2020. Her family was by her side at the time she began her journey. Born in Mexico City, the world greeted Juana into its arms on February 11, 1959. She was also greeted by her parents, Socorro and David Araujo.
Her life continued to move forward as time went. She married to Isidro Rivera Ramirez in 1978. They lived together in Mexico for seventeen years before immigrating to California. In the meantime, they created a big family. Juana is survived by three children: Jose Ramirez, Citlalinse Ramirez, and Hilary Ramirez. In addition, she is survived by six grandchildren: Laney Ramirez, Johnathan Hernandez, Alex Ramirez, Christopher Hernandez, Gabriela Ramirez, and Frankie Hernandez. All of these, she loved and touched deeply with her heart. Juana was a loving mother, grandmother, family member, and friend.
Throughout her life, Juana always worked constantly to achieve her dreams. The value she found in work was tremendous. Her work allowed her to provide and support her family. There was never a job too large or too small that she would not tackle. Her persona resonated a strong, determined and fierce woman. Her presence served as an example to those around her.
Outside of her work life, she had her favorite pastimes. One of them was shopping. New shoe boxes were common to see around the home. A chance to try on new clothes filled her heart and closet. Moreover, spending time with her children and grandchildren was another pastime of hers. If she could not see them in person, she was a phone call away. An opportunity to create memories with her children was an offer she never refused.
One main lesson from her life was strength. She always taught her family to be strong. Similar to the Bible verse that resonates her spirit, “Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong” — 1 Corinthians 16:13. Her family will continue to stand strong.
Please join us celebrating her life on Monday, November 16th from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The venue is located in Fairhaven at 27856 Center Dr, Mission Viejo. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to her children’s funding to help with expenses at https://gf.me/u/y72c3f
