Magi Kay Kellner entered this world on August 28, 2001 in Amarillo, Texas to her parents Lisa and Daryl Kellner. Magi Kay left this world on December 22, 2015. MK, as she was affectionately called, is survived by her parents and her older sister, Taylor Kellner. As a child, Magi Kay attended St. Andrews Episcopal School in Amarillo Texas before the family’s move to Mission Viejo, California. She attended Del Cerro for 6th and attended La Paz Intermediate for 7th and 8th grade. Her life was filled with incredible theatre performances and amazing comedic timing with her best friends in the La Paz Theatre program. In 2015, she began high school at MVHS, as a freshman, and continued her drama involvement but added the Swim team and MUN (Model United Nations). Magi Kay was spunky, caring, upbeat, stubborn, and her smile was contagious. She loved helping the people around her and always put the happiness of others before her own. If someone needed a smile or hug or cheering up, MK was bound to find a way to accomplish the task. Volunteering was a passion for Magi Kay. Her crazy summer camp experiences at Ucamps filled her with joy and created many special bonds. MK loved joy, laughter and brightness; she always saw the best of every situation. She would want everyone to remember that part of her as well as try to do the same. Magi Kay once wrote "Not all infinities are perfect. They all have bumps. We just can't let them stop us.
