Warren Paul Suggs

Warren was born on November 6th, 1948 in Teaneck, NJ to Wallace and Edith (Tucker) Suggs.

Warren was a Senior Pension Actuary for Crews MacQuarrie and Associates and most recently after acquisition, Horizon Actuarial Services LLC. He consulted to several very large multiemployer pension plans. He also has served as Vice President of a top three Benefits and Human Resource consulting company, and is a former Principal and a regional Senior Actuary of Towers Perrin

His consulting experience includes companies across a wide variety of industries, including: Employer labor associations, aerospace and electronics, telecommunications, utilities, entertainment, manufacturing, hospitals, state teachers and financial institutions. Warren is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from the Stevens Institute of Technology.

Warren was a man of few words, but when he did, those closest to him know it was always well thought out and from the heart. He was known, and will forever be remembered for his never ending smile, kind heart and passion for life, poker, music and the game of Hockey. He thoroughly enjoyed cooking for friends and family, and will be forever loved and missed by those friends and most certainly family.

Warren is survived by his wife of 40 years, Carol (Bischoff) Suggs and son of 31 years, Paul Lucas Wallace Suggs.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday March 9th at Fairhaven Memorial Services, 27856 Center Drive, Mission Viejo, CA 92692 at 3pm with a reception in his honor being held at the Suggs residence in San Clemente, CA immediately thereafter.
