Becky Patrick, a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 27, 2021. Becky graduated from Bishop Toolen High School and Mary Washington College. After graduating college, Becky returned to Mobile where she married her high school sweetheart, McGowin "Mac" Patrick, with whom she raised a family and enjoyed a loving marriage that lasted forty-six years. Becky had a deep and abiding faith in Jesus Christ. Nothing gave Becky more joy than sharing the Love of Christ, a love that she felt so genuinely throughout her life, with friends and strangers alike. Becky was actively involved in ministry and leadership at Christ Anglican Church for over thirty years. She undertook numerous ministry trips abroad, well into her seventies, and always gave tirelessly to those in need. Becky's many friendships are deep and wide, and her beautiful smile and big blue eyes will be missed by all.
Becky was predeceased by husband, Mac, and her parents, William "Mac" McCoy and Barbara Cooper McCoy.
She is survived by three children, Julie Patrick Martin, McGowin Iverson Patrick, Jr. (Mimi) and Marian Patrick Titlestad (Tuan), as well as seven grandchildren, White, Julia and Isabelle Martin, Shelley, Lillian and Freeman Patrick, and Twig Titlestad, all of whom affectionately called her "B." Becky also is survived by two sisters, Kay M. Case and Mary "Sissy" McCoy.
A graveside service will be held at Pine Crest Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, and a memorial will be held at a later date.
The family would like to thank Becky's devoted caregivers, Gloria, Tina, Carrie and Angela, for taking such loving care of her these past several years. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Christ Anglican Church, 3275 Halls Mill Road, Mobile, AL 36606, Wings of Life, 800 St. Louis Street, Mobile, AL 36602 or Women's Resource Center, 718 Downtowner Loop, Mobile, AL 36609.
