Carrie Michelle Ellis Sanford, age 39, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Thomas G. Beckham, Irby and Lucy Ellis and mother-in-law Paulette Robinson. Carrie was a senior at Ashford University studying Hospital Administration. She was a loving mother, to not only her own sons, but to all children who crossed her path. She adored her family and loved life. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Carrie is survived by her husband of 21 years, Paul Sanford, sons, Larry T. Alexander (Alex) and Andrew Thomas (Andy) and parents, Larry and Mary Ann Ellis. She also leaves to cherish her memory her sisters Ashley Renee Brainerd (James) and Jennifer Ellis, grandmother Bobbie Beckham and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home, 3155 Dauphin Street, on Sunday, February 1, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 2, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
