Carter Osgood Myers Jr.

Carter O. Myers, Jr. – a 55 year-old native and resident of Mobile passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2011. He was a former local business owner and a member of Pathway Ministries. Mr. Myers was preceded in death by his parents, Carter O. Myers, Sr. and Geneva D. Myers. He is survived by his daughter, Geneva Lynn “Genna” Myers; sisters, Joyce M. Pate, Terry Lynn Myers, and Stephanie M. Jernigan (Scotty); nieces, Brandi L. Pate, Rachel L. Jernigan, and Sophie L. Jernigan; nephew, Carter S. Jernigan; uncle, Evis M. Cochran, Jr. (Sherrel); aunts, Casteva Corley and Billie Schrimpshire (Harlon); other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday, April 2, 2011, at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until the service hour.
