Charles Leo Prine

Charles Leo Prine (82), went to heaven Friday, March 1, 2024. He is preceded in death by parents, Reese E. Jarman and Oliver J. Prine; brothers, Oliver J. Prine Jr, Paul Prine Sr., and John Paul Prine. He leaves behind his beloved wife Wanda Susan Prine; children, Pamela Bonanno, Paula (David) Teague, Lynn (Wayde) Daughenbaugh, Rhee (Timothy) Crabtree; grandchildren, Amber (Joshua), Alexandria (Kevin), Faith (Tyler), Sydney (Graydon), Brown, Ella, and Jack; great-grandchildren, Brody, Cole, Brannan, Braylin, and Harper. He leaves behind a host of extended family and friends. Charles served in the Navy and became a barber for the USS Galveston. After he got out of the service he opened Charles Academy of Beauty in Mobile, Alabama. He taught many mobilians the art of beauty culture. He loved and served the lord at Cottage Hill Baptist Church. He enjoyed golfing with his close friends and traveling the country with his wife and dogs. He will certainly be missed by his loving family and friends.

There will be a private family viewing at Pine Crest Funeral Home for family Wednesday, March 6,2024 at 1-1:30pm. Friends may join viewing 1:30-2pm. Graveside service to follow directly after viewing. Service will be officiated by Pastor Lonnie Lundy.
