Chris was great guy, and one of the best boat detailers on the gulf coast. Strolling through life, I have only met a handful of people that just seem like I've known them forever....Chris was one of them. Rest easy my brother, until we all meet up again.

As I looked through my photos, I came to realize that Chris and I didn’t take enough of just the two of us. I have so many that tell a story of Brooklynn and her papa’s close bond but little that shows the friendship that Chris and I shared. So many stories shared over coffee, the times when I was a struggling single mom and helped him detail boats to make it through, his Sunday roasts, and the many vacations we went on as a family, endless memories shared that I will hold in my heart. Life lesson…take more photos with those you love.

This image was when my family came to see me in Nashville. I remember being silly and dancing in their hotel room and my mom and Chris were loving it, laughing at me. He was always so supportive, loving and most of all kind. He was so so kind. I will miss him dearly.
