Dorothy Louise Prentice

Dorothy Louise Prentice was born in Morgantown, West Virginia on October 5, 1935, and passed away in Memphis, Tennessee on August 25, 2018. Dorothy was a devoted nurse of 30 years. She was an avid traveler with husband, Howard “Howie” Prentice. She enjoyed her time with spent with her grandchildren.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Christina Ellyn Litten of Mobile, AL; her son, Matthew Litten of Memphis, TN; and beloved husband, Howard Kelly Prentice of Yakima, WA.

She is survived her children, David Litten (JoEllyn) of Mobile, AL and his daughter, Sarah Litten, John Litten (Tracy) of Memphis, TN and his children, John Mitchell and Mary Catherine; and Matthew Litten’s children, Robert and Robin Litten. Dorothy is kindly remembered by her husband's children and grandchildren in Yakima, WA.

Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Friday, August 31, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. followed by a graveside service at Serenity Memorial Gardens at 11 a.m. Condolences may be offered at www.radneyfuneralhome-mobile.com.
