Elizabeth Scott Todd – A native and lifelong resident of Mobile, died Thursday, February 24, 2011, in a local nursing home. Mrs. Todd was a 1937 graduate of Murphy High School and retired from City Hall after many years of service. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, and a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church for over 50 years. She was preceded in death by her son, Randy Todd. Survivors include her husband of 68 years, William Bernard Todd; her son, Mitchell Todd; her sister, Norma Bartoli; her brother, Lemoyne Scott; three grandchildren, Kelly (Joyce) Todd, Scott Todd and Amy Todd; very best friends, Jackie and Dexter “Dusty” Morgan; great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from Westminster Presbyterian Church on Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be Monday, February 28, 2011, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street.
