Mr. Ernest Franklin Wheeler, age 78, a native of Mobile, AL and a resident of Tanner Williams, died on Wednesday, May 29, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Lorena Wheeler; son, Ernest “Buck Shot” Wheeler, Jr.; grandson, Patrick Eugene “Jappy” Madden. He is survived by his wife, Janice Wheeler; children, Eric “BoBo” (Ruby) Wheeler, James (Crystal) Wheeler, Elbert (Cassie) Wheeler, Clyde Wheeler, Yvonne (Randy) Salisbury, Betty Jane Wheeler, David (Tammy) Wheeler, Johnny (Gayle) Wheeler, Hank Wheeler, Jerry Wheeler, Phillip (Sherri) Wheeler and Paul “Charlie” (Shawntell) Wheeler; siblings, Mary, Gladys, Edith, Barbara, Jimmy, William “Pistol”, Albert and Carl; twenty-three grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 3, 2013 at 10:00 AM from Return to Bethel Church on Tanner Williams Road. Interment will be in Pierce Creek Cemetery.
