

Frank, aged 75, passed away at home in Tanner Williams, Alabama after an extended illness with his family by his side. He survived by his wife of 32 years Jean Taylor Fincher his children Doris ( Johnathan ) Gladen, Frank (Bo) A. (Jennifer) Fincher, daughter Linda (Eddie) French, grandchildren Luke Fincher, Lacey Fincher, Ashley Davis, and Joseph French, great grandchildren Noah and Lena Davis, 3 brothers John Fincher, James ( Dickey) Fincher and Larry Fincher and one sister Charlene (Missy) Eagleson many nieces and nephews and many, many friends. He is pre-deceased by his first wife Rethea Davis Fincher and his parents James W. and Betty Fincher. He was a member of International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Local 112 for over 30 years and retired in 2003. His passion were his hunting dogs, some of the best cared for around and his special little Jack Russel Terrier “Shorty” who adopted him and followed him everywhere. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren play football and softball and was his pride and joy. Frank was true to his Catholic faith and was a Knight of Columbus. He loved his home and didn’t like to leave it much except to go hunting and run his dogs. For several years he was secretary of Mobile County Dog Hunters. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home- Mobile. There will be a Boilermaker and Rosary Service at 7:00 pm on Monday. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday at 11:00 am at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.
