
Genevieve Wilson “Wilsie” Turner Seibt – a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, AL died Friday, February 25, 2011 in a local hospital. Wilsie retired from Regions Bank after 40 years of service. She was a member of Life Church of Mobile where she served as the only female usher. She devoted much of her time to numerous charitable organizations and mission trips and was a loving and devoted Mother and “Nana”. Wilsie is survived by two children, Emily Seibt “Lee” (John) Hoppenjans and Garet Turner “Ret” (Kristan) Seibt; one brother, Benjamin Dickinson (Kathy) Turner, Jr.; six grandchildren, Elise Hoppenjans, Jack Hoppenjans, Konrad Hoppenjans, Garet Seibt, Jr., Benjamin Seibt, and Conner Seibt; her best friends, Hermenia Carroll and Martha Smith; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Wilsie’s family wishes to express their thanks and appreciation to Dr. Damian Collins and Dr. Hung Khong for the care provided to their Mother. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday, February 28, 2011 from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home, Dauphin Street. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon until 2 P.M. on Monday at the funeral Home. A private graveside service and interment will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Life Church of Mobile, c/o the Hermenia Carroll Missions, 8701 Zeigler Blvd., Mobile, AL 36608.
