Gloria Mae Shook Bowen, age 79, of Semmes, passed away Monday, May 22, 2017. She is survived by her son, C.A. (Linda) Bowen; her grandson, Travis (Heather) Bowen; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, Perry Shook and Martha Dunn Shook; her husband of 41 years, Leon H. Bowen; a brother, William Shook; and a sister, Helen Staley. The visitation will be Friday, May 26, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Radney Funeral Home, Mobile. The funeral service will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. from the Oakleigh Chapel at Radney Funeral Home, Mobile. Interment will follow at Pine Crest Cemetery West. Rev Scott Howard will officiate. Pallbearers include: Travis Bowen, Matthew Cooper, Eric Davis, Phil Smith, Mike Wilson, and Gary Cooper.
