Mr. Quinney was employed with Gulf South for over 30 years. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Sullivan Quinney; two sons, Phillip Quinney and Kyle (Emily) Quinney; his parents, Lamar and Flora Quinney; one brother, Doug (Doni) Quinney; one sister, Sherri (Chris) Bryant; one nephew, Lance Quinney; one niece, Kendall Bryant; and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday, December 26, 2011 from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home, Dauphin Street. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon until 2 P.M. on Monday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery West, on Snow Road.
