Harvey Jerry Price, an 81 year-old native of Geneva Alabama and resident of Mobile for 57 years peacefully passed from this life into eternity on July 3, 2014. Mr. Price was an Air Force Veteran and a retired, well-known and respected business man in the community. He was an avid Alabama fan and never missed a chance to roll with the Tide. Although his health had declined in recent years, he never lost his infamous quick wit or his unwavering zest for life. His family was his crown jewels - especially his Lillie Pearl who he honored and adored through 64 years of marriage. In addition to his wife, Mr. Price is survived by daughters Patricia (Mike) Weathers, Joan (Bob) Pulliam; sisters, Annette Brannon, Emma Jean Vaughn; brother Kellon (Joy) Price; three grandchildren, Chris (Kendall) Pettis, Missy Newbill (Scott) Martin and Brian (Kim) Pettis; 7 great grandchildren and many other cherished family and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 8, 2014 beginning at 12:00 followed by a celebration of life service at 2:00 at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
