James Robert Glass

James R. Glass – born July 8, 1949, died at his home early Saturday, September 11, 2010. He is now walking in glory with his Creator, God, and Savior, Jesus Christ. He was an electrician by trade, but a fisherman, hunter, and bowler by nature. He will be remembered most of all for his deep love and devotion to family and friends. Mr. Glass was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Glass. He is survived by his daughter, Spring Glass Pacheco; granddaughter, Isabel; mother, Christine Glass; brothers, Rick Glass (Paulette), Rodger Glass (Susan), and Phillip Glass (Jessie); nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 14, 2010, at 12 noon. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the service hour. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 900 Western America Cir., Mobile, AL 36609.
