James Thomas Montgomery

Mr. Montgomery served his country honorably in the United States Army. He was employed as a Millwright for many years with G.A.F. Corp.

Mr. Montgomery is survived by his only son, James (Jamie Lynn) Montgomery, Jr. and daughter, Donna (Bill) Newell. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Chris (Kristen) Anderson, Jeremy Anderson, Corey (Cindy) Chambliss, Jeffrey Chambliss, Clint Adams, William Adams, William Adams, Ron Rogers, Tevin Montgomery, Nathan Montgomery, Bri Montgomery, Abi Stokely, Colby Berryhill, four great-grandchildren and one very special friend, JoAnn Brown.

The family would like to express their special thanks to his hospice nurse, Erik.

Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home-Mobile on Saturday, September 12, 2020 from 9:30 a.m. until service time of 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Valhalla Cemetery, Eight Mile, AL.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be offered to Creekwood Church of Christ Meals on Wheels.
