John Gregg Milwee

Mr. John Gregg Milwee – a native of Gadsden, AL and a longtime resident of Mobile, AL, died Thursday, February 28, 2013. Mr. Milwee was a 1979 graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, the Phi Lambda Sigma Pharmacy Leadership Society, the Phi Delta Chi Professional Pharmacy Fraternity, and a lifetime member of the Auburn University Alumni Association. He was employed by Rite-Aid Pharmacy for thirty years and was the recipient of numerous favorite pharmacist awards. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoyed watching his children play sports. He was truly their biggest fan. Mr. Milwee was preceded in death by his father, Robert G. Milwee, Sr. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Cheryl Parker Milwee; three children, Zachariah Parker Milwee, Catherine Violet Elizabeth Milwee, and Eleanor Elizabeth Milwee; his mother, Violet Milwee; one brother, Robert G. Milwee, Jr.; one sister, Jane E. Milwee; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 5 P.M. on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Christ United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 3 P.M. until 5 P.M. on Tuesday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Auburn University Scholarship Fund.
