Julia Anne Clements Hudson

Julia Anne Clements Hudson - an 83 year-old native of Dixie, AL and longtime resident of Mobile passed away Monday, September 2, 2013. A devoted Christian woman, Ms. Hudson will always be remembered as a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her son, Samuel Lee Hudson. Ms. Hudson is survived by seven children: William G. Hudson (Peggy), Alfred L. Hudson, Melinda H. Harbison (Kenneth), Carl A. Hudson, Carole A. Hensell (Robin), Martha L. Hudson, and Phillip G. Hudson; brother, Samuel O. Clements, Jr. (Mary); sister, Jeanne McBirney; 20 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Friday, September 6, 2013, at 10 a.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, September 5, from 5-8 p.m. Interment will be Mobile Memorial Gardens.
