Kenneth Dwayne Abrahamson

Kenneth Dwayne Abrahamson, of Semmes, entered into rest Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at a local hospital. He was 75. Funeral services will be Sunday, December 6, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home, Mobile. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow Monday at 9:30 a.m. at Mutual Rights Cemetery in Neely, MS. Pastor Jay Robertson will officiate.

Mr. Abrahamson was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a graduate of William Carey College and a chemical operator from the early 1970’s until his retirement in 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford Abrahamson and Fern Johnson Abrahamson and his brother, Jon Abrahamson.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Virginia Abrahamson, two sons, Dwayne (Joni) Abrahamson of Richmond, KY and Kevin (Kristi) Abrahamson of Daphne, a brother, Jim (Sheryl) Abrahamson, a sister, Karen Ahern of East Alton, IL, and five grandchildren, Aaron Abrahamson, Luke Abrahamson, Olivia Abrahamson, Isabella Abrahamson, and Judah Abrahamson.
