Dr. Cohen was a graduate of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, OH and a member of the Podiatry Association.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eli Mitchell Cohen and Terry Wolper Cohen.
He is survived by his wife, Pat Cohen; two children, Jenny (Ken) Letsch and Josh Cohen; two grandchildren, Jack Letsch and Emmie Letsch; one brother, Steve (Ellyn) Cohen; and other relatives.
A memorial service will be held at 3 P.M. on Friday, November 23, 2012 from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home, Dauphin Street. The family will receive friends from 2 P.M. until 3 P.M. on Friday at the funeral home.
