Leah Jane Ragland – a resident of Mobile, AL, was born on May 1, 1979, and passed away in her sleep on Wednesday, October 12, 2011. Leah was a graduate of McGill-Toolen High School and attended Fairleigh Dickenson University in Madison, NJ. She is survived by her parents, Jane Ann and Bob Lance; grandparents, Judge and Mrs. Wm. L. Ragland and Mrs. Marion Lance; and her brother, Rob Lance. Other survivors include her aunts and uncles, Andy and Judy Ragland Falls, John and Sharon McDaniel Ragland, Bill and Gloria Pritchard Lance, Dirk and Kathy Lance Swaneveld; numerous cousins and loyal friends. She also leaves to mourn her passing her devoted boyfriend, Jeremy Petro, and her special pet, a constant companion and love, “Herbie.” Precious Angel – You left us too soon. A memorial service and celebration of life will be held at Westminster Presbyterian Church on Monday, October 17, 2011, at 2 p.m. followed by a reception at the church.
