Margaret Andress Rhodes, age 90 was born in Brantley, AL and a resident of Daphne, AL died on November 2, 2012. She retired from Civil Service in 1988 in San Antonio, TX having transferred there from Brookley AFB in 1964. She was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Rhodes, Jr.; sister, Hattie Andress Riley and brother, Alvin Eugene Andress. She is survived by one son, John C. Rhodes, III of Daphne, AL; one grandson, Chad T. Rhodes (Leslie) of Daphne, AL; one great-granddaughter, Lily; brother James H. Andress of Mobile, AL; sister-in-law Joyce H. Andress of Semmes, AL; six nieces and four nephews. She was a member of Daphne United Methodist Church. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 7 at 10 a.m. from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m.until 10 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
