She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Richard C. Vickers, Jr.; son, Richard W. Vickers; daughter, Martha Antoinette Vickers Ward; two grandsons, Adam V. Vickers and Cole W. Vickers; brother, Col. (Ret.) Perry W. Kizer; along with other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street on Friday, May 17, 2013, from 10-11 a.m. prior to an 11:30 graveside service in Pine Crest Cemetery on Dauphin Island Parkway with Dr. Adam Dooley of Dauphin Way Baptist Church officiating.
