Mary Cash Grush

Mrs. Mary Cash Grush, age 96, passed away on Friday, August 21, 2015. She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry G. and Delma Northcutt Cash and husband, Lester Joseph Grush. Mrs. Grush retired from the Mobile County Public School System as a Registrar after over 20 years of service. She was a founding member of Manor Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for over 60 years. She will be remembered by family and friends as the “Sweetest Lady” and as a faithful reader of her Bible. Mrs. Grush is survived by her children, Gail Christain (Randy) and Greg Grush (Brenda), four grandchildren, Brooke Christain Inman (Chris), Blair Christain Reid (Nicholas), Nicole and Shannon Grush. She is also survived by her nine great-grandchildren, Parker, Caidlea, and Maddie Inman, Cooper, Noah, Caleb and Hannah Reid and Aryan and Scarlet Grush. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Funeral services will be held in the Oakleigh Chapel at Radney Funeral Home beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery, 1939 Dauphin Island Pkwy.
