Mary Theresa Thurman

Mary was a graduate of Murphy High school. She was a substituted teacher there later in life. She loved to cook, do crossword puzzles, play spades, and a cold refreshing Coca-Cola with ice. She was funny, beautiful, and a smart firecracker of a woman. She will be missed by her loving family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Effie Laurdine Beauvais.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, William Ray Thurman III.; Children, Lauren Thurman, Joseph (Jennifer) Thurman and Courtney (Andrew) Norris. Her loving grandchildren, Melaina Norris, Aubreanna Norris, Drew-McKenna Norris, Griffin Norris, Liam Thurman, Wryna Norris, Gavin Norris, Grant Norris, and Coppitt Thurman, a brother, Lawrence (Darlene) Beauvais ; sisters, Ellen (Raymond) Todd and Kathleen Beauvais. Also, survived by many nieces and nephews.

Her visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home, 3155 Dauphin Street, on Sunday, August 2nd, 2020 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Graveside Service will be Monday, August 3rd, 2020 at 11:00 A.M at the Catholic Cemetery, Mobile, Alabama
