

Norman Danne Hodges – born in Mobile, AL, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Christ Jesus on November 2, 2011. Norman was 51 years old. He attended school in Mobile and in Honolulu, HI and graduated from Jacksonville Baptist College in Jacksonville, TX. He worked for the State of Texas and, prior to his death, was employed with U.S.A. in Mobile. Norman was a member of Good Shepherd Church in Saraland, AL. He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Aline Toulmin Cooper, and his stepfather, Clinton S. Larson, Jr. Survivors include his devoted wife, Ann Harkness Hodges; one son, Caleb Hodges; one daughter, Teagan Hodges; mother, Dorene Hodges Larson of Mobile, AL; his father, Francis E. Hodges, Sr. and stepmother, Ann Hodges, of Grand Bay, AL; two brothers, Frances E. Hodges, Jr. (Lori) of League City TX and Lloyd Hodges (Marilyn) of Semmes, AL; three sisters, Delanie Arrieta (Edgar) of Gautier, MS, Duan D’Aversa (Johnny) of Cumming, GA, and Angela Hearn of Grand Bay; stepbrother, Clinton S. Larson of Mobile; stepsister, Donna Marint (Jack) of Lucedale, MS; uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and his faithful dog, “Rebel.” Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street on Saturday, November 5, 2011, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Bill Thompson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, November 4, from 5-8 p.m. Interment will be in the Toulmin Section of Old Spring Hill Cemetery.
